Rabbit Rewards serves as the official loyalty program for the BTS. Enrollment is accessible via the dedicated mobile application, allowing users to accumulate points through routine use of their Rabbit card on the BTS network as well as with participating partner vendors.

The program offers members the opportunity to earn points that can be redeemed for complimentary BTS trips and exclusive promotions from some of Thailand’s most popular brands. These benefits aim to enhance the travel experience and provide added value for participants.

The application provides a range of functionalities: It enables users to earn points by completing special challenges and surveys exclusive to app users; it allows for the redemption of various promotions and discounts offered by partner vendors; and it provides real-time access to your points balance, available redemption options, and transaction history.

Additionally, the app supports account management features such as adding and tracking up to five Rabbit Cards simultaneously. The platform is regularly updated with new offers and redemption opportunities, encouraging users to review the app frequently to maximize benefits and stay informed about current promotions.
